A strong soil-ution

Land Pride Tiller range

Kubota Australia and New Zealand has launched the Land Pride Rotary Tiller range, further broadening its product offering in the lifestyle farming and garden maintenance space.

Rotary Tillers till the soil for seedbed or planting preparation with uses in both rural and non-rural applications, like gardening and landscaping, as an economical yet durable tilling solution.

The Land Pride tiller range covers working widths from 1.1 meter to 2.1 meter and tractors up to 95 horsepower.

Kubota Australia Product Manager for Land Pride, John Moloney, said the option for a conventional forward rotating rotor or reverse rotating rotor is unique to the Land Pride range.

“With a reverse rotating rotor, the tines rotate in the opposite direction to conventional tillers, pulling the tiller into the soil more effectively in hard conditions. This buries residue more effectively and tills more intensively, resulting in a high-quality seedbed,” Mr Moloney said.

“The Tiller range is compatible with the Land Pride QH Series Quick Hitch allowing you to quickly connect and disconnect from the implement, which is a real time saver when working on multiple projects.”

The offset capabilities allow the tiller to work closer to objects such as fence lines, buildings or trees and the operator can control the tilling depth with the adjustable skid shoes.

“As we have come to expect from Land Pride, a strong warranty is on offer with a 10-year chain and sprocket warranty on the side transmission. The gearbox on the popular RT12 Series side transmission is also covered by a 3-year warranty providing excellent peace of mind,” Mr Moloney said.
